Autumn Glen Homeowners Association |
 Our Autumn Glen community was built in 2001 and is located in Germantown, Maryland. Autumn Glen has 112 townhomes and was built on the site of a historical railroad . The purpose of this site is to provide homeowners of our community with easy access to our association and information relevant to our neighborhood and community.

 The Autumn Glen Homeowners Association Declaration states that all leases shall be on forms approved by the Association. The only Association approved lease is the Montgomery County Landlord-Tenant Affairs lease. If any homeowner wishes to lease their unit, they must use this approved lease. For more information on leasing your unit, please read the Declaration Article 7. Use Restrictions, Section 7.3 (a).
